About This Contest
A winner for each of our 5 divisions will be selected by a panel of judges.  A 6th winner will be selected by public vote.  All 6 of these winners will be awarded their category’s Photogenic Miss July 2016 title along with free entry to Photogenic Miss 2017 and an award ribbon.  Divisional winners and runners-up will win award ribbons.  The People’s Choice winner will also receive the gorgeous crown pictured below.  The entry fee for this contest is $10 and qualifies you to entry for both your age division & people’s choice awards.  Winners will be announced on July 15, 2016 on this page, on Facebook and on the Winner’s page.

Voting
Voting will run from 12:00am on July 1, 2016 through 11:59pm on July 14, 2016 central time.  One vote per photo per IP address per day.  Contestants are encouraged to share this page with friends and family.  The photo with the most votes will win the People’s Choice Photogenic Miss 2017 title.  If there is evidence of tampering with our voting system, a contestant will be disqualified.  Contestant photos are show in random order to ensure fairness.

How to Enter
To enter, click “Submit Entry” below by 11:59pm on June 30.  Your $10 entry fee must be paid via PayPal at the time of entry.  You may enter multiple photos.  Please complete a separate entry for each photo entered.  Once your submission & payment are completed, your entry will appear below.  Photos will be hidden until voting goes live at 12am CT on July 1st.
**Please make sure that your mailing address is correct in PayPal as we will use this to ship your prizes to you!**

Photos

• Your photo(s) must have been taken within the past 18 months.
• Your photo(s) must not have previously won a Photogenic Miss contest (runner-up photos can be re-entered).
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• Your age division is determined automatically by your age as of January 1st, 2017. 
• You must provide your correct name, email, US mailing address (prizes cannot be shipped internationally), and birthdate.

Voting

• 1 vote per IP address per day will be allowed
• Votes are tracked and logged, any evidance of tampering with viting will reqult in disqualification.
• The photo that receives the highest number of votes will win the People's Choice title and prize package.

Scoring

• A panel of judges (number of judges varies month to month) will score each photo on a scale of 1-10 in 3 categories:
  • Photogenic Appeal
  • Photo Quality & Clarity
  • Personality
• Each judge's scores will be totaled and each photo will receive a score between 3 & 30.  Each judge's total score for each photo will be averaged.  The photo that receives the highest total score will win the Division's title and prize package.  In the event of a tie, the judges will be asked to vote for their pick as a tie-breaker.  If there is still a tie, an additional judge will be brought in for a tie-breaking vote.
