A winner & court of four runners-up in each of our age divisions (Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Teen, Miss, Ms) will be selected by a panel of judges. Your scores for each photo entered will be visible privately in your account when results are posted. A 6th title & court will be awarded to the overall "Popular Miss" determined by the number of votes on this page during the dates listed above. NEW: Contestants may win only 1 monthly prelim contest each year. Once a contestant has won a monthly prelim, she is eligible to enter our "Winner's Circle" division which will offer an upgraded crown & an additional paid entry to Miss. See "Rules" for more.
To enter, click “Enter” tab to the right. Your entry fee must be paid via PayPal at the time of entry. You may enter multiple photos, each is $15. Friends & family can vote for each of your photos. Once your submission & payment are completed, your entry will appear below. Photos will be hidden until voting goes live at 12am CT on the day voting opens.
Photo Eligibility & Basic Entry Guidelines
⭐️ Your photo(s) must have been taken within the past 18 months.
⭐️ Your photo(s) must not have previously won a paid Photogenic Miss contest in any year (runner-up photos can be re-entered).
⭐️ Entry fees are non-refundable.
⭐️ Your age division is determined automatically by your age as of January 1st, 2019.
⭐️ You must provide your correct name, email, US mailing address (prizes cannot be shipped internationally), and birthdate. You are responsible for keeping your address up-to-date in your account.
⭐️ If you have already won a 2019 Monthly title, you will be placed in our new "Winner's Circle" division. New for 2019, you may now only hold one monthly title, but you are still eligible to compete for an upgraded crown and additional entry to Photogenic Miss 2020. This month's Winner's Circle winning photo will automatically be entered in Miss 2020. Winner's Circle contestants are not eligible for monthly Popular Miss titles. 2019 monthly queens are eligible to enter a different photo in Jackpot contests, but are only eligible to hold one 2019 Jackpot title in addition to one 2019 monthly title.
Popular Miss Voting
The optional Popular Miss competition is included free with your entry. Share the link to this page with friends & family and on social media during the voting period and you could win this title which comes with a full Queen's prize package. We do double-crown this title so you can win both your division title and the Popular Miss title.
⭐️ If you enter multiple photos, only the photo with the highest number of votes will be included in the top 5.
⭐️ 1 vote per IP address per day will be allowed.
⭐️ Sharing in social media is allowed so long as posts are positive and do not reflect negatively on another contestant.
⭐️ If you enter multiple photos, votes are not combined. Our voting system allows 1 vote per photo per day (per IP address) so friends and family can vote for all of their friends and family (for example, siblings or mother/daughters entered in the same month). This means that your friends & family can vote for each of your photos each day so please let them know.
⭐️ Votes are tracked and logged, any evidence of tampering with voting will result in disqualification.
⭐️ Our proprietary, hand-monitored system can detect & flag even "undetectable" paid-for votes from vote farms & vote-bots. These votes will be removed. While these systems typically vote for multiple contestants, it's generally apparent where the votes are coming from. Abuse of our system may result in ineligibility to enter in the future at our discretion.
⭐️ The photo that receives the highest number of votes will win the Popular Miss title and prize package.
Scoring
⭐️A panel of judges (number of judges varies month to month) will score each photo on a scale of 1-10 in 3 categories: Photogenic Appeal, Photo Quality & Clarity, Personality
⭐️ Each judge's scores will be totaled and each photo will receive a score between 3 & 30. Each judge's total score for each photo will be averaged. The photo that receives the highest total average score will win the Division's title and prize package. In the event of a tie, the judges will be asked to vote for their pick as a tie-breaker. If there is still a tie, an additional judge will be brought in for a tie-breaking vote.
⭐️ Your scores will be available privately in your account after the contest closes.

We do double-crown Popular Miss. A Division winner selected by judges' scores may also win Popular Miss.
Director's AwardAt our discretion, we will award our new Director's Award to deserving contestants.
Winner's Circle
Monthly queens are eligible to enter the Winner's Circle after winning a monthly contest. Contestants are eligible to win only one monthly contest each year. To continue offering our monthly queens the opportunity to compete for more prizes, we now offer this overall division. There are no age divisions in Winner's Circle, but the winning photo will advance to our annual contest in her age division. Winner's Circle queens will win a new, more valuable crown, but not an additional sash or ACP gift certificate. Runners up will receive ribbons. Crowns currently vary from month-to-month.
